At Align Hypnosis we use creative and positive suggestions to help our clients navigate their anxiety. Breathing techniques encourage each person to slow their brain and body down in order to better focus on the task at hand. Each person feels more confident and sure in what they are doing. Our involvement continues after the series is completed with a Free Monthly Group Hypnosis for life. This Free Monthly Group helps clients maintain their goals and offers support for the rest of their lives.
How it works:
In Person - You will be sitting in a comfortable chair. Head relaxed back, eyes closed as the Hypnotist creates positive suggestions towards the losing phase of your journey.
Virtual - You will need to be in a comfortable space (uninterrupted for your entire session). Where you can recline back, have your head and neck supported, eyes closed. The device camera needs to be directed at your face and chest. This is so the Hypnotist can see you clearly. The process allows the Hypnotist to create positive suggestions towards the losing phase of your journey.
After you purchase:
1. You will be taken to a scheduling page. Please select a time and date for your session.
2. You will receive a confirmation email to add this session to your calendar. (If you are a virtual client, the zoom link will be included.)
